I acquired a unit myself in this building during its pre-selling state 18 months ago and I will be moving in it next month July (we’ll be neighbors :-)).
From an investor’s standpoint, I can personally attest that this development is a good value for your money. I am planning to rent my unit out by January 2010 (in time for the turnover of other units). The rentals for the same-sized units are as follows: Php25k (bare) and Php30k (fully furnished).
